About me and my practice
Having been through many life challenges myself I understand the strength it takes to reach out for support and be vulnerable, which is why I'm passionate about encouraging you to take that first step. I have tried and benefited from various modalities and realise how important to find the way of working that feels best for you; this is why I choose to work creatively with my clients to get the best results in the most comfortable and fastest time.
I use a Mind-Body approach to help quickly, discreetly and gently treat stress, anxiety, fears, phobias, traumas, and any blocks or barriers that limit your enjoyment and progress in life, relationships, and business, work, or study.
Experience
I have over 8 years experience working with children from 3 upwards, young people and adults. I love working creatively using talk therapy, play therapy, creative arts and the latest development in Neuro Science based techniques to give the best results to my clients.
I volunteered for Samaritans crisis hotline for 3 years which gave me the privilege of working with a diverse range of people and issues many of whom were in very distressing situations.
I have worked in many schools supporting both children, young people and their parents therapeutically as well as classroom experience in a supportive role.
In my private practice I now work with young people aged 10+ and adults in person in my therapy room in Potters Bar Herts. I work online and on the telephone internationally.
I am affiliated with the Employee Assistance Program Health Assured offering counselling services.
